You surely know what to expect in the Awkward Pose or Utkatasana. Start by standing with your feet about six inches apart. You should also maintain a six inch-distance between your hands, lifted straight forward while sitting down slowly as if you are sitting on an imaginary chair. Observe proper breathing while doing this for 10 full seconds. Reach and stay in a standing position for another 10 seconds. Go back to the sitting position then slowly rise up on your toes. Stay on that position for ten seconds to complete the posture. This will help tone and shape your lower body.
