The last posture is the Kapalbhati in Vajrasana or Blowing in firm Pose. This involves proper breathing while sitting Japanese-style. Start by kneeling down, sitting on your heels, hands down on your knees and elbows locked. Make sure that you sit up straight. Begin to blow out your breath as if you are blowing a candle 20 feet away from you. Pull in your stomach as you exhale which expels the air from your lungs. Always make sure that your stomach is the only one moving. Do this 60 times, minimum. Rest for several seconds, still in position. Aside from benefits to the lungs, this also improves the abdominal organs and circulation.
