The Tree Pose or the Tadasana is a pose that improves posture, balance and flexibility of the parts used. First, stand with feet together. Lift the right foot leaving the left standing, knees locked. Put your right toe in front of your left thigh, as high as you can then rest it there. Place your both hands in front of your chest in a praying position. Stay here for 60 seconds or longer, if you can. Lower your right foot to go back to original position. Rest, then do the same procedures on the other side. Always remember to lock your knees.
